| Universal Transport Services (UTS) was established to service a
specific requirement identified by its holding company Trident-Heritage
Limited (THL), who have always maintained a strong partnership approach
to all of its business relationships.
Out of all the feedback generated from client meetings, THL recognised
that there was a need, particularly in large organisations, for
a central point of contact through which all travel enquiries would
pass. Instead of having a large number of suppliers dealing with
an equally large number of employees, this on and off-line virtual
hub would link each employee with any and all of those suppliers,
giving them better choice in terms of value for money and type of
service.
As a result, UTS now provide a web-based passenger ground transport
booking and management service. As a provider of what is essentially
an outsourced solution, our aim is to become a virtual part of your
organisation, blending seamlessly with your corporate structure
by allowing your company's internal travel policy to dictate how
we interact with your employees.
